Rules
Organizers of Reality Game X are not responsible for any actions made by the players (operatives). Players are fully responsible of their own personal safety and all tasks must be executed so that the actions of the players do not violate the finnish law.
Organizers can ban the player from the game if any of the rules are broken. Organizers can also deny access to the game if the players age is under the age limit. Current age limit is 18.
Organizers are not responsible for any expenses that player may have during the gameplay.
Organizers may be in contact to the player via phone, internet, mail or any other method of communication.
The player automatically accepts the rules when he starts the game.
Insurance
There is no specific insurance for alternate reality games. Players are recommended to take a leisure insurance.
Privacy protection
Organizers of Reality Game X do not collect information released by the player. Any private information is released voluntarily to the organizers and the information is only used to ensure continuation of the players ongoing game.
Säännöt
Reality Game X:n järjestäjät eivät ole vastuussa pelaajien (operatives) tekemisistä. Pelaaja on pelissä mukana täysin omalla vastuulla eli vastuussa itsestään ja varusteistaan. Pelin tehtävät on toteutettava siten etteivät teot tai ratkaisumallit riko Suomen lakia.
Pelin järjestäjä voi halutessaan kieltää sääntöjä tahallisesti rikkovan pelaajan osallistumisen peliin ilman erillistä varoitusta. Pelinjärjestäjällä on myös oikeus estää ikärajan alapuolelle jäävän pelaajan osallistuminen peliin. Ikäraja on 18-vuotta.
Pelin järjestäjä ei ole vastuussa pelaajalle aiheutuneista rahallisista kuluista.
Pelin järjestäjä saattaa olla yhteydessä pelaajaan puhelimen, internetin, kirjeiden tai muiden yhteydenottomenetelmien avulla.
Pelaaja hyväksyy säännöt automaattisesti aloittaessaan pelaamisen.
Vakuutukset
Alternate Reality -peleissä ei ole vakuutusta. Pelaajia kannustetaan hankkimaan vapaa-ajan vakuutus.
Tietosuoja
Reality Game X:n järjestäjät eivät kerää pelin aikana pelaajan luovuttamia yksityistietoja. Kaikki tiedot ovat pelaajien vapaaehtoisesti luovuttamia ja niitä käytetään vain mahdollistamaan pelin sujuva eteneminen.
